Make Your Skin Healthy With Superb Green Salad Recipe

Healthy Salad

Try this Salad Healthy Skin:
1. Iceberg Lettuce 2. Cherry Tomatoes 3. Rings of Onion 4. Flax Seeds 5. Walnuts 6. Raisins 7. Avocado, optional 8. Bell Peppers

You can sizzle the dressing: a) Olive Oil
b) Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice c) Salt & Pepper d) Mustard, optional e) Yoghurt, optional

 You can make dressing as per the quantity of your salad. Make sure the quantity of olive oil and lemon juice is 4:2 ; Salt & Pepper to taste; Mustard - 1/2 teaspoon ; Yoghurt - 1 Teaspoon 

Note: You can change the veggies and nuts as per your choice.
